Barnes led the Northern State offense in their win over Upper Iowa, tallying a team high 93 yards receiving with one touchdown and a 48-yard long. He added 24 yards rushing and one touchdown on the ground, while averaging 15.5 yards receiving and 4.8 yards rushing. Barnes capped off his day with 65 kick return yards to lead the game.
