Menken led the Northern State women’s throwers from the Howard Wood Dakota Relays this past weekend. She opened the meet with an eighth place finish in the discus, throwing 43.45m (142-07). On Saturday, the sophomore added a fifth place finish in the shot put, throwing 13.03m (42-09.00). Menken was just off her season best marks heading into the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships next weekend.
