Itoitz Rodriguez a sophomore sprinter from Usurbil, Spain, marked his name in the Northern State Track and Field record book this weekend at the SDSU Division II Open. Rodriguez came across the finish line during the 600 meter dash with a time of 1:20.87, besting his seed time by almost four seconds and stealing the record from All-American Bill Cameron set back in 2008. After beating the 600 record by 1.32 seconds, the sophomore then went to lead the Wolves in the 4x400 meter relay which finished second overall with a time of 3:21.44.
