Parsley was a game changer in the fourth quarter as Northern State rallied to beat Concordia-St. Paul 28-21.  Parsley returned an interception 80 yards for NSU's game-winning touchdown with 6:15to play as the Wolves trailed 21-20 with CU driving into Wolves territory.  Later in the quarter, Parsley broke-up the Golden Bears' fourth down passing attempt inside the Wolves 10-yard line with under a minute to play to seal the 28-21 victory.  Parsley added five total tackles in the win from his safety position.
