Schmidt led the Wolves defense with eight tackles and three pass break-ups in the 29-27 win over WSC. Schmidt also recorded a tackle-for-loss and in the second quarter he recorded the lone interception in the game for the Wolves. Schmidt was a part of a defensive unit that also forced two turnovers-ondowns in the third quarter that kept Northern in the game to set up the comeback.
