2021: Recorded personal bests of 7.43 in the 55m, 1.50m (4-11.00) in the high jump, and 8.00 in the 60m in the indoor season… Added bests of 5.72m (18-9.25) in the long jump, and 11.55m (37-10.75) in the triple jump in the outdoor season… Finished as the NSIC runner-up in the long jump at the outdoor championships… Broke the indoor school record in the long jump and the outdoor long jump and triple jump… Was a member of the school record breaking 4x100m outdoor relay…

Prep: Shona Juliana is a jumper out of Willemstad, Curacao. She holds personal records of 5.76m in the long jump, 1.70m in the high jump, and 12.50m in the triple jump. Juliana is the 2016 National Champion in the long jump in Trinidad & Tobago. In addition, she won the national championship in the 100m, long jump and triple jump in Curacao. She is the daughter of Anne-Marie Jensen and Sigbert Juliana.
