Brecke tallied the best all-around weekend of her young NSU career last weekend, first matching, then setting a new career high in the scoring column.  The freshman, earning her first career start on Friday, matched a career high with 14 points in NSU's 53-50 win over Bemidji State.  Brecke also had three assists and five boards in the effort, while going 5-for-6 from the free throw line.  She returned on Saturday to score 17 points – 11 in the second half – in a tough loss to Minnesota Crookston.  For the week, Brecke averaged 15.5 points and 5.0 rebounds while shooting 50.0 percent from the floor and 87.5 percent from the free throw line.
