Sheldon took second in the heptathlon at the AIan Connie Shamrock Invite with 4,268 points. She tallied marks of 15.27 in the 100m hurdles, 1.54m in the high jump, 11.24m in the shot put, 27.48 in the 200m, 4.75m in the long jump, 28.58m in the javelin, and 2:40.15 in the 800m. The junior recorded personal bests in the 100m hurdles and 200m. The North Dakota native added a 13th place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.50m. Sheldon leads the NSIC in the event.
