Turnquist went 5-0 on the week kicking off the league season and at the Dragon Open. He gave the Wolves a 17-16 lead over MSU Moorhead with his 18-2 victory over Cody Wienen in NSIC action. The graduate student won the MSUM Dragon Open with four bonus point victories. He defeated Anthony Nunes of Mary (TF 15-0), Beau Daily of MSU Moorhead (Fall 1:03), David Platt of St. Cloud State (TF 15-0), and Kaden DeCoteau of Mary (TF 17-0). The South Dakota native scored 72 points on the week.
