Biography

Prep: Alex Oedekoven is a 149-pound wrestler out of T.F. Riggs High School. He is a 5-year starter and team captain for the Governors under the direction of head coach Shawn Lewis. Oedekoven is a 5-time state placer, including two runner-up finishes, and 5-time all-conference honoree. He was named the T.F. Riggs Athlete of the Year in 2024-25. The Governors won the South Dakota State Dual Championship in 2023. He is the son of Dusty and Jenn Oedekoven.
