Biography

Prep: Grant Bahnsen is a 285-pound wrestler out of Clear Lake High School. He is a 4-year starter and team captain for the Falcons under the direction of head coach Chris Hart. Bahnsen is a 2-time state placer, finishing sixth in 2024 and third in 2025. Bahnsen earned all-district outstanding wrestler honors and is a 2024 Regional Champion. In addition, he is a 5-time All-American for the Vici Wrestling Club. He is the son of Mathew and Merideth Bahnsen.
