Season and Career Bests

Prep: Kira Goldade is a distance runner out of Aberdeen, competing for Aberdeen Christian as a prep. She was a 5-year letter winner and 2-year team captain for the Knights. In 2020, Goldade placed 15th at the South Dakota State Cross Country Meet. In addition, Aberdeen Christian was the 2020 SD State runner-up after winning the LRC and Regional Championships. Goldade will compete for both the track and field and cross country programs.
