2018-19: Recorded an indoor personal best of 3:13.63 in the 1000m run… Was a member of the eighth place distance medley relay team at the NSIC Championships (12:44.98)… Added outdoor personal bests in the 800m (2:24.54) and 1500m (5:08.49)… Notched three top-10 finishes in the outdoor season…

2017-18: Recorded season best times of 1:47.27 in the 600m and 2:25.30 in the 800m… Tallied three top ten finishes on the season… Was a member of the second place distance medley relay team at the Bison Open…

Prep: Abberly Smith is a 5-foot-5, distance/middle distance runner out of Cambridge-Isanti High School who will participate in both cross country and track for NSU. She is a 6-year letter winner in cross country and 7-year letter winner in track and field. The team captain for the Blue Jackets is an All-Conference honoree and team MVP. She has earned her team’s hardest worker and most improved awards. Smith is also a member of the cross country ski team. She is the daughter of Lisa Jacob.
