2024: Competed in all six meets... Recorded personal bests of 20:31.6 in the 4-mile, 26:10.3 in the 8k, and 33:53.3 in the 10k... Took ninth at the UMary Marauder Invite..

Season & Career Bests

Prep: David is a distance runner out of Aberdeen Central High School under the direction of head coach Greg Murley. He holds personal bests of 16:27.00 in the 5k, 4:21:00 in the 1600, and 9:29.00 in the 3200m. This past spring he placed sixth in the 3200m, and anchored his sprint medley relay team to a fourth place podium finish at the South Dakota State meet. He is son of NSU TF/CC alum Jeremey VanVeen and Kelly VanVeen.
