Biography

2019: Did not make an appearance due to injury…

2018: Started all 51 games for the Wolves in centerfield… Hit .309 with 47 hits, 22 runs scored, nine doubles, two homeruns, and 21 RBI… Tallied a .957 fielding percentage with 59 putouts, seven assists, and three errors… Finished the year second on the team with ten stolen bases, while leading the squad with 19 walks…

2017: Started all 56 games for the Wolves on the year... Finished with a team-high .364 batting average with 63 hits in 173 at bats... Led the team offensively with 15 doubles, two triples, eight homeruns and 36 runs batted in... Was 9-for-10 in stolen bases... Recorded 45 putouts and three assists from center field for a fielding percentage of .960...

2016: Appeared in 22 games for the Wolves in her freshman season... Recorded six runs scored as a pinch runner, with four stolen bases in seven attempts... 

Prep: Jenna Helgeson, a native of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, enters the 2016 signing class as a three year starter and two year team captain for the O'Gorman High School Knights. The utility player held a .425 average, .501 on base percentage, and .708 slugging percentage in 2014 for the Knights. She has been honored with two Sioux Falls All-Tournament Team awards, two Sioux Falls All-State Team awards, a Sioux Falls All-Tournament Team Honorable Mention, and a Sioux Falls All-State Honorable Mention. Jenna has received the Academic Achievement Award for her efforts in the classroom, and is involved in the community Christian service. Helgeson is the daughter of Jeff and Judy Helgeson.
