2013: Appeared in all 11 games for the Wolves … made 17 total tackles (13 solo) including 1.5 for loss … recorded an interception against U-Mary (11/2)

2012: Appeared in 6 games for the Wolves... Recorded 7 tackles on the season, 2 solo stops... Season high 4 tackles against MSUM...

2011: Redshirt Season

Prep: Neer joins the Wolves after a high school career that includes a pair of All-Conference honors and a 2010 All-State selection. Also serving as the Packers’ team captain as a senior, Neer recorded 74 career receptions for 1,063 yards on offense and 90 tackles and five interceptions defensively. A six-year letterwinner in wrestling, he already has two state placings to his credit with his senior campaign left to finish. Neer has also been a member of the JROTC since 2007.
