2012: Redshirt season

Prep: Oftedahl will begin his collegiate career with the Wolves after setting the Eagle Valley High School single season records for passing yards and touchdowns. Oftedahl led the EVHS Rebels to a 10-1 record and a Pheasant North Conference title as a senior while throwing for 1,446 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also rushed for another four scores, giving him 2,747 career passing yards and 27 total touchdowns. The Rebels were also the sectional runners-up in 2011. For his efforts on the field, Oftedahl earned a pair of Pheasant North All-Conference honors and was a Section 4 9-man All-Section selection as a senior. Oftedahl was also named to the all-conference team as a junior on the basketball court, while also participating in baseball for the Rebels. Off the court, Oftedahl is a member of the EVHS band and FFA chapter.
