2013: Redshirt season

Pre NSU: A 2-time All-Big 8 Conference selection and 2-time All-State defensive end, Brockhaus comes to the Wolves after leading his West Central HS team to a 17-6 record over the past two seasons.  He notched 37 tackles, including 11 for a loss, during his senior campaign while hauling in six passes for 56 yards on the offensive side of the ball.  For his career, Brockhaus recorded 36 tackles for a loss, 17 sacks and four blocked punts.  He was named to the Argus Leader Elite 45 team in 2012.  His 2011 Trojans squad went 10-2 and was the state runner-up in the Class A playoffs.
