2016: Appeared in one game for the Wolves versus Winona State… Completed 6-of-11 passes for 24 yards… Ran for 25 yards and one touchdown…

2015: Started all 11 games for the Wolves at quarterback… Tallied 193 completions on 331 attempts with 11 interceptions… Recorded a 58.3 pass completion percentage… Notched 16 passing touchdowns… Averaging 188.1 yards per game passing, with 2,069 total yards… Added 170 yards rushing on 102 carries… Averaged 1.7 yards per carry and 15.5 yards per game rushing… Led the team with 2,239 yards of total offense… 

2014: Redshirt season

Pre NSU: Lavand had a decorated career at Crystal Lake Central High School under Head Coach Matt Fralick. Lavand passed for over 3,600 yards, rushed for nearly 1,100 yards and had 34 total touchdowns for the Tigers in his two years as a starter. Lavand was a 2013 First Team All-Conference honoree, was Second Team All-Area and Honorable Mention All-State as well this past season. Lavand was named the team's Offensive MVP in 2012 and 2013 and led the Fox Valley Conference in total offense in 2013. Lavand and his teammates also made the school's first-ever quarterfinal appearance in the state playoffs in 2012. Lavand was also a member of the IHSFCA All-State All-Academic Team in 2013.
