Biography

Prep: Josh Elder is a 6-foot, 240-pound linebacker out of St. Thomas More. He was a 4-year starter and team captain for the Cavaliers under the direction of head coach Austin Hagen. In his final two seasons, Elder tallied 148 total tackles, including 76 solo stops, as well as 911 yards rushing with 13 touchdowns. He was a 2-time all-conference selection and academic all-state honoree. St. Thomas More won the first South Dakota State Championship in school history in 2025, going a perfect 12-0. He is the son of Eric and Jill Elder.
