2014: Made ten starts for the Wolves as a junior… 

2013: Made 10 starts and appeared in all 11 games at left guard for the Wolves … was part of an offensive line that was fifth in the nation allowing just eight sacks on the season

2012: Played in 6 games for the Wolves on the offensive line...

2011: Redshirt Season

Prep: Gowan earned 2010 All-District honors and was a 2009 Honorable Mention All-Metro selection as a junior. He was the only player on the Monarch squad to start on both offense and defense the past two seasons and spent three seasons as the team’s long snapper. He anchored a defensive and offensive line for a Monarch squad that qualified for the state playoffs in both 2009 and 2010 and went a combined 14-7 in those two seasons. In addition to football, Gowan volunteered at the community YMCA and was a thrower on the Monarch track and field team. He is also a member of the varsity show choir and broadcasting club.
