Prep: Peters was an Honorable Mention All-State selection for Head Coach Aaron Beavers and the Patriots. Peters was an all-conference and all-city team selection and a member of the Elite-45 Team. Peters was selected to the All-USA South Dakota Team and was named the Most Outstanding Lineman at the 2014 State Championship Game. Peters helped lead the Patriots to back-to-back state titles.
