Prep: Cooper Fosher is a 6-foot-4, 230-pound tight end out of Central High School. He was a 2-year starter for the Eagles under the direction of head coach Justin Briese. He is the son of Cory Fosher and Erin Tarver. In addition, Fosher is the grandson of Northern State football alum Larry Olson and nephew of Chad Olson.
