Prep: Cade Kaiser is a 6-foot-2, 190-pound wide receiver out of T.F. Riggs High School. He was a 3-year starter and team captain for the Governors under the direction of head coach Steve Steele. As a junior, Kaiser tallied 1,352 yards receiving and 12 touchdowns, leading TFRHS to a South Dakota State Championship. The following season he threw for 2,177 yards and 31 touchdowns and rushed for 1,005 yards and eight touchdowns. Kaiser is a 2-time all-state selection and academic all-state honoree. The Governors won the State Championship in each of his four high school seasons. He is the son of Kim and Bill Kaiser.
