Prep: Drew Talberg is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound left handed pitcher out of Miilca High School. He was a 3-year starter and senior team captain for the Wolves under the direction of head coach Craig Talberg. Talberg went 5-4 in his final two seasons with 95 strikeouts. He tallied a career low 2.11 ERA and .197 opponent batting average. As a senior, Talberg was named Granite Ridge All-Conference and academic all-state. He played two summer seasons posting a 4-0 record with 46 strikeouts and a 1.67 ERA as sa member of the Isanti Redbirds. He is the son of Lana and Craig Talberg.
