Pre-NSU: Hunter Brown is a 6-foot-6, 220-pound pitcher out of Southeast Polk High School and Ellsworth Community College. As a prep, Brown was a 3-year starter earning all-district and all-conference honors in his final two seasons. In 2024, Brown tallied 15 appearances for the ECC Panthers. He recorded 12 strikeouts. He is the son of Cher and Layne Brown.
