2022: Ran to personal bests of 19:30.50 in the 4-mile, 24:51.90 in the 8k, and 30:14.30 in the 10k… Won the SDSU Classic, Jimmie Invite, and Mystic-Marauder Invite… Placed fifth at the Roy Griak Invitational… Took seventh at the NSIC Championships, earning All-Conference accolades… Recorded a 23rd place finish at the NCAA Central Region Championships…Named the Northern Sun Outstanding Senior of the Year...

Prep: Jackson Harrison is a distance runner competing in both track and field and cross country out of Aberdeen Central High School. He is a 5-year letter winner and 3-year team captain for the Golden Eagles under head coach Greg Murley. Harrison holds personal records of 16:17 in the 5k for cross country, along with 4:38 in the 1600m, and 9:54 in the 3200m on the track. He is a 2-time all-conference selection and the 2017 ESD Conference and South Dakota State runner-up in cross country, leading the Golden Eagles to back-to-back ESD Conference Champions in 2016 and 2017. Harrison is also a 2-time all-conference pick, and all-state honoree in track and field. Harrison is also a member of the soccer and hockey teams. He is the son of Kari and Steve Harrison.
