Prep: Rhaecine Sam is a 5-foot-10, distance runner out of Wakpala High School. He was a 4-year starter at Wakpala and 3-year team captain. In cross country, Sam earned four Yellowstone Trail Conference titles and was a 3-time region champion. On the track, he was a 3-time 1600m and 3200m conference and regional champion in both events. He is the son of Randee Killssmall and Rodney Sam.
