Biography

Prep: Jacob Fritz is a middle distance runner out of Lincoln Southwest High School. He was a 4-year letter winner and senior team captain for the Silverhawks under head coach Ryan Salem. Fritz has ran to personal records of 2:02.00 in the 800m, 17:01.00 in the 5000m (cross country), and 4:52.00 in the 1600m. He is a 4-time LPS Scholar Athlete recipient. The Silverhawks were the 2017 Nebraska Cross Country State Runner-up team. He is the son of Joel and Phyllis Fritz.
