2016: Finished third at the Herb Blakely Invite with a time of 19:26.0 (5k)… finished eighth at the Bob Waxlax Invite with a time of 23:01.9 (6k)… had a season best of 22:28.08 (6k) at the NSIC Conference Championship…

2017-18: Recorded season best times of 4:57.24 in the 1500m, 11:46.74 in the 3000S, 3:05.58 in the 1000m, 5:25.59 in the mile… Tallied four top ten finishes on the season… Was a member of the third place distance medley relay team at the NSIC Indoor Championships…

2016-17: Recorded personal bests in the 1000m (3:04.72), 1500m (4:52.63), mile (5:13.52), and 3000m steeplechase (11:50.99)…

2015-16: Competed in the distance events and the steeplechase for the Wolves… Tallied 11 top-10 finishes on the year… Was a member of the winning distance medley relay at the Cobber Duals… Recorded a personal best in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:51.19…

2014-15: Recorded personal bests in the 800m (2:25.18), 1000m (3:07.97), 1500m (4:54.74), mile (5:18.43), and 3000m (10:30.30)… Tallied 16 top ten finishes on the year… Earned five first place finishes in the 1500m, 800m, mile, and distance medley relay…

Season and Career Bests

Personal

Before NSU: Gast had a decorated career at Anoka High School. As a team captain in cross country, Gast helped lead her squad to a sectional championship. Gast went on to take All-Conference honors and was a state qualifier for the Tornadoes. Gast was also All-Conference during the track and field season and was named All-Conference on her Nordic Skiing squad. Gast was an individual qualifier for state and finished ninth at sectionals in cross country skiing. Gast holds PR's of 5:27 in the mile and 2:29 in the 800 meters. She was also a member of Academic All-State and the National Honor Society.
