2019-20: Recorded 13 top-10 finishes, including four race wins during the indoor season…

2018-19: Recorded indoor personal bests in the 200m (26.19) and 400m (58.52)… Notched four top-10 finishes during indoor competition… Was a member of the 4x400 relay that placed third at the NSIC Indoor Championships (3:54.52)… Added nine top-10 finishes in the outdoor season… Tallied an outdoor personal best of 25.64 in the 200m… Member of the 4x200 (1:40.92) and 4x400m (3:49.52) school record relays…

2017-18: Ran in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays for the Wolves… Recorded season bests of 12.81w in the 100m, 25.89 in the 200m, and 58.17 in the 400m… Tallied 11 top ten finishes on the season… Was a member of the first place 4x100m relay team at both the Kip Janvrin Open and NSU Twilight and the first place 4x400m relay team at the NSU Twilight…

2016-17: Tallied personal bests in the 60m (8.25), 100m (12.92), 200m (26.37), 300m (42.41), and 400m (58.69)… Won the 400m at the SDSU Indoor Last Chance Meet… Was a member of the school record breaking 4x200m relay team with a time of 1:47.70… Was a member of the winning 4x100m relay team at the Jerry Quiller Classic and NSU Twilight…

Season and Career Bests

Prep: Madison Barnes is a sprinter out of Jamestown High School. She is a 4-year letter winner for the Blue Jays under head coach Kenneth Gardner. A decorated track athlete for Jamestown, Barnes is the school record holder in the 200m run, indoor 4x200m relay, indoor 4x240m relay, outdoor 4x100m relay, outdoor 4x200m relay, and outdoor 4x400m relay. She was named the 2015 Jamestown High School Most Valuable Track Athlete. Barnes is also a 3-time state place winner in the 4x200m relay, 2-time state place winner in the 4x100m relay, and 3-time state place winner in the 4x400m relay. Barnes was also a 2-year member of the cross country team and in the National Honor Society. She is the daughter of Richard Barnes and Melissa Bossingham.
