Biography

2015-16: Redshirt season…

Prep: Schaunaman was a four year starter for the Golden Eagles, and tallied 115 career victories. Sam went 36-1 in his senior campaign and captured the South Dakota Heavyweight Title. The Golden Eagles earned a South Dakota State Runner-up finish as well a season ago. As a junior he finished as the South Dakota Heavyweight runner-up in the state tournament and Aberdeen Central took home the South Dakota State Team Title. He is a two time All-ESD conference wrestler and an All-State performer in football and in the discus.
