Nick attended Great Plains Lutheran in Watertown, SD. He is a Biology major.

2014-15
Recorded a personal best in the 800m with a mark of 1:55.42… Tallied 30 top ten finishes on the year… Was a member of the 4x4 relay which took first at the Cobber Duals and Masanz Classic… Earned a school record in the 4x800 relay with a time of 7:58.50… 

2014
Indoor: took fifth at the NSIC Championships in the 600 with a career-best time of 1:22.85. Outdoor: had a career-best time of 51.24 in the 400 at the Viking Classic and placed third

2013
Nick placed 8th in the indoor conference meet in the 600m dash. He has many top 8 finishes throughout the season with two top 3 finishes at the prairie wolf outdoor invitational and the Bison open.
