Career and Season Bests
High School: Adam is a long distance runner with his best time in the mile being 4:27 seconds and the 800m being 1:58. He was a two time conference champion in the mile and a state placer in the 1600,800,4x8, and 4x4. He is also on the XC team at NSU. He was all conference in XC 3 years and all-state one year. Adam graduated from Red River high school in Grand Forks, ND. Adam is wanting to major in Sports Marketing and Administration.
