Biography

Prep: Kraning is a 6-foot-9, 220-pound center out of Viborg, S.D., where he helped lead his Cougar team to five straight Tri-Valley Conference championships.  Kraning tallied 1,093 points, 769 rebounds and 367 blocked shots in his career, including a 12.7 point, 7.1 rebound per-game average as a senior.  Kraning and the Viborg-Hurley squad finished second at the state Class B tournament last month.  A 4-time all-conference selection, Kraning was named to the Class B All-State team as a senior, and was a 2010 all-state tournament selection, as well.
