Biography

2007-08:Deinert made 25 appearances for the Wolves and started 14 games. She shot 26-of-73 from behind the arc for 37.8% on the year. She averaged 4.6 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. Deinert had 16 assists and 13 steals.

2006-07: Deinert played in every game her sophomore season, averaging 12.4 minutes per game ... she scored 3.8 points per game and dished out 22 assists while also gaining 19 steals on the season ... hit 29 three-pointers at a rate of 42.6%, leading all Wolves players in threes made and three-point percentage ... scored a season high 14 points in two of the three last games of the season.

2005-06: Played in 14 games...Shot 40% from the 3-pt line (6-15)...Scored a career and game high 17 points against Upper Iowa, shooting 6-6 from the field (5-5 from the 3-pt line)...

High School: Deinert comes from a program that won the 2004 and 2005 South Dakota State B Championships and 49 straight games. Both years she was named to the state all-tournament team along with being named first team all-conference. During her playing career at Mount Vernon High School her team record was an impressive 93-4 as she averaged 13 points, six rebounds, and four assists her senior year. She was also named most valuable player in the class A-B Shootout in Mitchell, S.D. in April of 2005.
