NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES

Wolves Track & Field finished their outdoor regular season at the USD Challenge last weekend in Vermillion, S.D.
47 NSU athletes took top-8 placings were achieved, along with several broken personal records and earned provisional marks
Drew Salfrank set a program record in the 400m event with his 47.54 run
Heading into the postseason, 30 total Wolves rank in the top-10 in their events in the NSIC (15 men & 15 women)
For the men: Reis Levi (Javelin – 1^st), Jayden Munroe (LJ – 2^nd, TJ – 5^th), Sam Tremelling (PV – 3^rd), Drew Salfrank (400m – 4^th), Rudi May (PV – 4^th), Salfrank, Chris Weber, Munroe, and Ty Kadlec (4x100m relay – 4^th), Salfrank, Drew Henriksen, Geoffrey Mannino, and Carter Dingman (4x400m relay – 4^th), Weber (100m – 6^th), Martins Ogedenbe-Dobies (HJ – 6^th), Eli Radtke (PV – 7^th), Kadlec (100m – 8^th), Gracen Hansen (400m hurdles – 8^th), Damon Roggenbuck (Javelin – 8^th), and Jeffery Boschee (HJ – 9^th)
For the women: Renea Taylor (400m hurdles – 1^st, 100m – 3^rd, 100m hurdles – 4^th), Romane Maugest (PV- 1^st), Macoya Hansen (Javelin – 1^st), Tayla Dobrenski (HJ – 2^nd), Bekah Walz (PV – 3^rd), Morgan Sheldon (Hept. – 5^th), Julia Skari, Taylor, Anna Skachenko, and Alexa Fender (4x100m relay – 5^th), Grace Kuch (SP – 6^th), Liz Dunham (PV – 8^th), Skachenko, Osk Jonsdottir, Skari, and Taylor (4x400m relay – 8^th), Fender (LJ – 8^th), Andi Mehrer (Discus – 9^th), and Annaliese Van Zee (Javelin – 10^th)

Last year, at the 2025 NSIC Outdoor Championships, the men's team placed third while the women's team finished sixth
