2024-25: Competed in 12 meets for the Wolves… Recorded personal bests of 12.92m in the weight throw, 36.34m in the javelin, 40.80m in the hammer, and 13.62m in the shot put… Notched 12 top-10 finishes on the year… Scored team points by taking fifth in the shot put at the NSIC Outdoor Championship…
Prep: Grace Kuch is a thrower out of Aberdeen Central High School. She was a 4-year letterwinner for the Golden Eagles under the direction of head coaches Jim Appl and Jill Hermansen. Kuch holds personal bests of 121’0” in the javelin and 120’10” in the discus. She was the 2023 Athlete of the Meet at the ESD Conference meet and an All-Conference performer. She is the daughter of Jim and Becky Kuch.
