Sioux Falls, S.D. – The Northern State baseball team was in action in a site reversal double-header Saturday. A slow day caused the Wolves to drop both games against the Cougars.

Game One: NSU 1, USF 6
Game Two: NSU 0, USF 11
Records: NSU 6-10 (NSIC 4-7), USF 10-10 (NSIC 7-3)
GAME ONE: NSU 1, USF 6
- Sioux Falls put all six of their runs on the board firs, scoring three of them in the first inning to go up early
- The last three USF runs came in the top of the third to extend their lead to 6-0
- Mateo Tahsini attempted to get a rally going for the Wolves as he singled in the bottom of the sixth; he ran home on an Andrew Niaves hit, scoring Northern's only run of the game
- NSU left four runners on base and had four hits on 24 at bats

- The second game of the day resulted in an 11-0 shutout in favor of Sioux Falls
- The Cougars scored in every inning except for the fourth and totaled 11 runs on 12 hits
- NSU made a last chance push in the bottom of the seventh by loading the bases with two outs; a 1,3 groundout ended the game
- The Wolves left eight on base, five of which were in scoring position
