- Madi Jones started the inning strong, tallying a double to put herself in scoring position
- Tevan Bryant stepped up and grounded out, but advanced Jones to third with two outs to go
- With Jones at third, Dessa Bryant tied the game, recording an RBI single and becoming the go-ahead runner at first
- That's when sophomore Corina Coppersmith stepped up to the bag and delivered one of the most important at-bats so far this season, sending the ball up the middle and bringing Bryant home on a walk-off
