WOLVES TAKE DOWN COUGARS 77-58

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Northern State's defense held strong in the fourth quarter this evening, as they took down Sioux Falls 77-58 in a nonconference matchup. In the game, the Wolves recorded 77 points, 39 rebounds, 12 assists, nine steals and one block while shooting 49.2% from the floor, 41.2% from beyond the arc and 55.6% from the line.

  • Both NSU's offense and defense excelled in the fourth, with the offense scoring 26 points and the defense holding the Cougars to seven points in the quarter
  • Izzy Moore boasted a double-double in her return to her hometown, recording 24 points, 12 rebounds, one assist and six steals while shooting 8-19 from the field, 1-4 from long range and 7-9 from the charity stripe
  • Carli Kuyper (16 points), Lily Klein (13 points) and Taylor Tool (11 points) joined Moore with double-digit performances, while Klein tallied three rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block
