Sioux Falls, S.D. – The Northern State University men's basketball team rode their first half lead to victory on Saturday at Augustana University. The Wolves held a 51-39 lead at the half and closed out their sixth win of the season with a score of 91-88.

- The Wolves led the game shooting 49.2% from the floor, 47.2% from beyond the arc, and 82.4% from the foul line, knocking down 17 made 3-pointers and 14 free throws
- They out-rebounded the Vikings 36-35 in the game and led the contest in assists, with 18, made 3-pointers, and blocks, with two
- Northern led for the entirety of the contest, scoring 23 points off the bench, 20 points in the paint, and six points off turnovers
- James Glenn led four in double figures with 24 points, shooting 8-of-13 from the floor
- Marshawn Smith was second on the team and led NSU off the bench with 17 points and nine rebounds, adding three assists and a team best two steals
- Tobi Obiora returned to double figures, scoring 15 points and adding a team second best seven rebounds; Obiora shot 75.0% from the floor in the win
