Men's Basketball Slated for Tuesday, Saturday Match-ups this Week

Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University men's basketball is set for two contests against Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston this week. NSU will travel to face the Beavers tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. in Bemidji and will host the Golden Eagles at 6 p.m. on Saturday in Wachs Arena.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES
  • The Wolves head into the week with a 9-13 record overall and 7-9 mark in the Northern Sun

  • The Beavers enter the week with a 10-12 record overall and 6-10 mark in the Northern Sun
  • Bemidji State is shooting 46.0% from the floor, 32.7% from the 3-point line, and 68.2% from the foul line this season
  • They are averaging 77.4 points, 39.5 rebounds, 15.7 assists, 11.7 turnovers, 5.5 steals, and 1.8 blocks per game
  • John Sutherland leads the team averaging 20.7 points per game and shooting a league leading 59.0% from the floor
  • Dalton Albrecht leads the NSIC averaging 10.2 rebounds per contest and is adding 16.2 points per game for BSU
