Jamestown, N.D. – The Northern State cross country teams took on the Jimmie Invite Friday afternoon with the Wolves placing second in both the men's and women's races. The women recorded an average time of 24:19, while the men tallied an average time of 26:30.
 
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

• Nathan Alto took second, running to a time of 25:20.2
• Evan Halbe and Jacob Angerhofer followed with marks of 26:28.0 and 26:31.0 in 11^th and 13^th
• Bailen Hayford and David VanVeen landed in the top-25 with times of 26:55.9 and 27:19.2 in 17^th and 25^th

 
WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

• Emaleigh Olesiak led the way for the women, taking second with a time of 23:22.6
• Abby Hasart added a top-5 finish in fourth overall with a time of 23:32.3
• Summer Carlson, Alli Jackson, and Avery Murray placed 13^th, 17^th, and 25^th with times of 24:25.8, 24:53.9, and 25:21.0 respectively
