Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State University announced the 2023 football schedule today, featuring five home contests from the confines of
Dacotah Bank Stadium and a non-conference regular finale at Northern Michigan University.
Northern opens the 2023 campaign at Bemidji State on August 31. The Wolves then open their home slate against Minnesota Duluth on September 9, and host UMary, Minot State, Wayne State, and Augustana throughout the season. Northern's October 7 contest against Minot State kicks off at 2:30 p.m. in the annual Gypsy Days game. The complete game schedule is outlined below.
The non-conference contest against Northern Michigan is the first non-conference game for the Wolves since the 2011 season. In addition, Northern will host Augustana for the first time since 2018.
