D2Football.com announced their 2023 Elite 100 teams earlier this week with input from coaches, scouts, media, and sports information directors from around the country. Northern State senior Dewaylon Ingram was honored on the second team for the Wolves.
 
Ingram started all 11 games in 2023, tallying 1,220 yards receiving with a team leading 11 touchdowns. The Texan averaged 110.9 yards per contest and 17.4 yards per reception. He recorded six 100-plus yard games, racking up a season high 187 in the opener against Duluth. In addition, he led the NCAA in receiving yards per game and ranked fifth in total yards. The senior closes out his time at Northern State as the single school record holder with 1,220 yards in 2023; breaking his own record of 1,161 set in 2021. He ranks third all-time in career receiving yards (2,381) and second all-time in career receiving touchdowns (25). Ingram is a 2-time All-NSIC performer and 2021 Don Hansen All-America honorable mention recipient.
