The Northern State men earned 40 points, while the women tallied 92 in their eighth place selections. Northern State took seventh (women) and eighth (men) from the NSIC Indoor Championships in 2022-23. In total, NSU recorded  ten NSIC All-Conference performances and 11 school records between the indoor and outdoor seasons. Indoor all-conference performers included Kenzee Danielson (pole vault), Mary Franssen (1000m), Jackson Harrison (3000m, 5000m), Glen Quayle (pole vault), and Renea Taylor (60m). Renea Taylor led the team and qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships earning All-American accolades in the 60m.

Preseason athletes to watch for the Wolves include Renea Taylor, Kenzee Danielson, Joel Matehs, and Sam Tremelling. 

“It's an exciting time for our men's team this upcoming season. We add one of the most talented freshmen groups to our team this year. We are well rounded across the board. We hope to score big points in the vault and multi's. We added a lot of depth to our team in several events. We are excited to kick off the indoor season.”

"Renea is coming off All-American Honors from the outdoor season in the 400 hurdles. She is going to pose a threat in several events this upcoming season. She works extremely hard and is highly motivated to continue where she left off. We are excited to see what she can do this upcoming indoor season."
