Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State cross country teams are heading to Jamestown, ND to compete at the Jimmie Invitational on the Parkhurst Cross Country Course. This Friday, the women's team will take off at 4:40 p.m. and the men will follow at 5:20 p.m.

NORTHERN STATE STORYLINES

• The Wolves raced at the Roy Griak invite two weeks ago
• Both men and women finished in 15^th place for team scores
• The men's team held an average time of 27:51.40 for the 8k and the women maintained a time of 24:44.90 for the 6k
• Last week Nathan Alto and Josh Martin were top-50 finishers with times of 26:47.70 and 26:53.1 respectively
• Megan Pickering led the women in 25^th place followed by Kenzie Hamann and Jolie Dugan in the top-100 with times of 23:22.2, 24:23.3 and 24:36.3
• At last year's Jimmie invitational the women's team took 2^nd place and the men finished in 4^th
