Sam Masten, and
Jacksen Moni were all honored on the second team. Northern State continues NSIC Tournament play on Sunday at 11 a.m. versus Upper Iowa.
Belka is second on the team averaging 14.4 points and 7.0 rebounds per contest, starting all 31 games this season. The Rogers native is shooting 47.7% from the floor and has 48 assists, 25 steals, and 19 blocks on the year. He finished the regular season ranked in the top-10 of the NSIC in rebounding. Belka tallied career highs in points (30), rebounds (12), assists (7), and steals (3).
Masten leads Northern State averaging 15.6 points per game, while adding 5.5 rebounds per contest. He is shooting 48.8% from the floor this season to lead the team and has dished out a team high 115 assists in his 28 starts. In addition, Masten adds 30 steals and three blocks. The Colorado native recorded career highs in points (34), rebounds (8), assists (10), and steals (4) this season. He finished the regular season ranked in the top-10 of the league in assists and assist/turnover ratio.
Moni is averaging 14.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game as a true freshman, starting all 31 contests this season. He is shooting 48.4% from the floor and 87.0% from the foul line this season. Moni leads the team with 20 blocks and added 32 assists and 24 steals this season. He has set career highs this season in points (27), rebounds (10), assists (3), and steals (3).
