2021-22: Appeared in and started in 29 games for the Wolves… Averaged 15.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.1 assists, and 1.0 steal per game… Ranked sixth in the NSIC in assists per game and eighth in assist/turnover ratio (1.9)… Totaled 451 points, 160 rebounds, 119 assists, 30 steals, and three blocks during the season… Shot 48.4 percent from the field, 30.3 percent from 3-point range, and 77.9 percent from the free throw line… Recorded a career high 34 points in a victory over Black Hills State and went 4-4 from 3-point range in the game… Dished out a career high ten assists in a win at UMary… Notched 20 or more points in six games, and 30 or more points in two games… Was named the NSIC North Division Player of the Week twice, November 22^nd and January 17^th… Was named NSIC Second Team All-Conference…

Pre-NSU: Masten is a 6-foot-3, junior-guard and the son of Jason and Meg Masten. He attended Rock Canyon High School and was a 4-year starter for the Jaguars. Masten averaged over 20 points per game in his final two prep seasons. He was a 3-time all-state performer, 3-time all-conference selection, the 2018 Colorado Gatorade Player of the Year, Colorado Mr. Basketball, and 5A Player of the Year. Masten is the Rock Canyon all-time leading scorer and rebounder. Masten played three seasons at the University of Northern Colorado as a starter. He averaged 6.2 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game, shooting 42.1% from the floor. The Highlands Ranch native was also a 2-time Academic All-Big Sky honoree.
